- Hi Stacey,
I love Disney's PhotoPass and PhotoPass+ products. I believe that these products are worth it, but if you aren't planning on taking a lot of photos or if you are a fabulous photographer, you may not need this product. Here are some options to consider that should help you decide if Disney's PhotoPass is right for your family. My top reason for loving Disney's PhotoPass is that everyone is in the photo. With that being said, the photographer will take a photo with your camera if you ask. Also, having a PhotoPass, I do not need to carry around my camera. It makes me nervous bringing my DSLR camera so when we travel, I bring my point and shoot camera knowing that I will have enough great photos in my PhotoPass account. Finally, I love Magic shots. The photographers are able to add some magical surprises to your photos that are super cute!
With Disney's PhotoPass+, all of the photos that have imaging packages at dining locations and attractions are included. So if you are like me and are planning on purchasing a few (or all) of these photos, I would definitely look into purchasing Disney's PhotoPass+. The packages can add up to more than what you would have paid for the PhotoPass+. The Photo Gallery CD that comes with the PhotoPass+ has so many beautiful stock photos of Walt Disney World Resort.
Instead of purchasing Disney's PhotoPass, you could make a Disney Photo Book once you arrive home. When you log in to Disney's PhotoPass Website select the Photo Book option and you can create a beautiful book with all of the PhotoPass photos and Disney's amazing pages.
I have run out of space Stacey. Please let me know if you have any other questions, I would love to hear from you again!
