Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- We pre-purchased the Photo Pass + for our trip a few weeks ago. Now that we are home, we are trying to edit and claim our CD, but noticed that some of our magic shots were not there like we were told. Is there any way to still get them?

Our family loves getting all of the "magic shots" offered by Disney's PhotoPass Service. My favorite one is holding Tinker Bell!
In my experience, the folks at PhotoPass have always been able to fix any issues we've had with our CD or prints. You can contact them via the Disney's PhotoPass website. They have a form for missing PhotoPass photos. Make sure you have your PhotoPass+ number handy as well as the dates of your visit. You can also call their Guest Services line at 407-560-4300. They are available Monday through Friday, from 9a-5p EST.
