Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel

  • How do I link my flights to my reservation to have to opportunity to take advantage of Disney express?
  • - Asked by Vicki from Louisiana on 2/13/2014
  • Hi Vicki,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  How exciting that your Walt Disney World vacation is just around the corner!  Disney's Magical Express is a fantastic service and this is a great question.  Luckily, it's easy to add your flight information to your existing reservation so that you can take advantage of Magical Express.  Just have your reservation information handy and call (407) 939-1936 with your flight information to have this added.

You can do this up to 1 day before your arrival, but the sooner the better.  If you call far enough in advance, you'll receive Magical Express luggage tags by mail approximately 4-6 weeks before your arrival date.  Just attach these to your checked luggage that you'd like delivered to your Disney Resort hotel room.  If you don't receive these luggage tags in time, there's no need to worry - you can still catch a ride on Magical Express.  Just claim your checked luggage at the airport and transport it on the motorcoach yourself, or you can provide the baggage claim numbers at the Magical Express counter upon arrive (if between 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.) and they'll take care of the rest for you.

I hope that helps, Vicki!  I hope you have a most magical vacation!

    Beth
