Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- are there holiday parades after christmas and before new years in any of the parks or are they back to normal already
- - Asked by lynn from Illinois on 12/8/2013
- Lynn, prepare to be astonished by the hundreds of Christmas trees, thousands of poinsettias, and zillions of twinkling lights that blanket Walt Disney World during the holidays creating a fabulous wonderland.
The week after Christmas Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade in the Magic Kingdom typically still marches down Main Street, U.S.A. delighting guests with dancing elves, trumpeting toy soldiers, and happy gingerbread men. You can also catch Mickey's Jingle Jungle Parade in Disney's Animal Kingdom during the days leading up to the new year.
Other holiday events will still be going strong during the final days of December. Take a sail on the Jingle Cruise and do not miss the fabulous Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights. Also consider visiting a deluxe resort or two to see the well themed, spectacular decorations. Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa has an edible gingerbread house large enough to walk into.
Enjoy your visit to the mouse!
