Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- Going to WDW from 2/3-2/7. Tried to look up parades and shows in the Magic Kingdom for 2/4 and 2/6 and nothing is coming up. Are new stage shows and parades coming? Also for 2/5 is there a parade in Hollywood Studios? THX!!

- Hi, Alysse!
It's great that you're planning ahead for your February visit! Currently the February 2014 calendar for Magic Kingdom Park lists Celebrate The Magic (the Cinderella Castle projection show) and Wishes (nighttime fireworks spectacular) at 7:45 and 8:00 PM, respectively, on both Tuesday, February 4th and Thursday, February 6th. Additionally, on February 6th, the incredible Main Street Electrical Parade will be running at 7:00 PM and again at 9:00 PM.
A brand-new afternoon parade, the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade, is coming to Magic Kingdom in spring 2014 (no specific start date has been announced yet). The preview concept art of the new parade floats is breathtaking! The Festival of Fantasy Parade will focus on the stories of "The Little Mermaid," "Sleeping Beauty," "Dumbo," "Pinocchio," "Peter Pan," "Tangled" and Disney-Pixar's "Brave".
Currently, there is no daytime parade scheduled at Disney's Hollywood Studios. The Pixar Pals Countdown to Fun Parade ended in April 2013 and Disney has not announced any plans for a replacement. But the good news is that Fantasmic will be showing at 7:00 and 8:30 PM on Wednesday, February 5th. Fantasmic is a must-see for my family on every visit -- it's such an amazing show! No matter how many times I've experienced Fantasmic, I am always thrilled by the multimedia effects -- and, as a fan of the Disney Villains, I love seeing the giant snake (Jafar from Disney's Aladdin) and dragon (the Evil Fairy Maleficent from Disney's Sleeping Beauty).
