Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- We plan to reserve a cabana at Blizzard Beach. Do you know if there are any located near Tike's Peak? If so, do you know the number of the cabana so that we can request it?

- Hello there George!
I'm so glad that you popped by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.
I absolutely love the cabanas or "Polar Patios" at Disney's Blizzard Beach. Their locations are spread out across a good part of the front of the water park, including a few over near Tike's Peak.
Unfortunately, the only location of a numbered map of the cabanas is at the location where you sign in at Blizzard Beach. Your best bet would be to call to reserve your Polar Patio at 407-WDW-PLAY (407-939-7529) and when you're speaking with the Cast Member, ask them to include a note on the reservation requesting a patio closest to Tike's Peak. There is one Polar Patio located right in the Tike's Peak area and three more just over the foot bridge.
In looking at the map showing the locations of all 15 patios, and knowing that my last Polar Patio was #8, I'd guess that the patio inside Tike's Peak is Cabana #1 and the ones just outside are #'s 2, 3 and 4.
On the day of your visit to Blizzard Beach, arrive as close to opening time as you can. Polar Patios are assigned as Guests arrive at the park and you'll be able to see the location map at that time and "re-request" your request! Patio numbers/location requests cannot be guaranteed to be available until the day of arrival, so your best chance of having your needs met is to arrive early and have that 'request' on file in advance.
I hope this information is helpful to you George.
Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World!
