Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- can you refuse to get your finger scanned at the gate?
- - Asked by garson from Georgia on 10/7/2009
- Disney does take a biometric reading of your finger when you enter the turnstiles at the gate. This is not a fingerprint scanner. They are just trying to ensure that tickets are not transferred between multiple people. If you are uncomfortable with having your finger scanned, you do have the option of using a photo ID to match you with your ticket. Simply speak with a guest relations agent outside the park for information on how to do this.
