  • Hi! Just got back from taking our son to WDW for the first time and had a blast!! We want to start planning a family reunion trip for Jan or Feb 2012. Does WDW have planners/reservation specialists that specialize in this? what are the best resources?

  • Hi Kristina!

That's fabulous to hear that you had such a blast on your recent trip to Walt Disney World that you're already set to plan another trip! A family reunion at The Happiest Place On Earth is certainly an incredible way to get the whole family together for loads of fun & memories to last a lifetime!

If you will be booking for a total of 10 parties or more traveling to your Family Reunion, you'll want to contact the Group Reservations department at (407) 939-7765. For fewer than 10 rooms, you can speak with any Vacation Package Booking Cast Member at (407) 939-7675 and have all your family's reservations linked together in the system with notations about room requests, adjoining rooms etc.

You can browse some great information online on the Walt Disney World website regarding fantastic resort options for Rooms for 5 Guests or More, suites, villas and even treehouses that sleep up to 9 guests!

Online you'll also find some great suggestions for dining, tours & special experiences, perfect for reunions as well as special celebration merchandise available to customize and order in advance of your big event!

I hope this information helps you get started on all your Magical plans for a memorable family reunion Kristina!

Please don't hesitate to visit again if you require additional assistance, advice or recommendations.
