Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel

  • My wife and I will celebrate our 25th anniversary in 2016. We honeymooned at WDW in 1991 and we're thinking of long-range plans to go back for our anniversary. Is there anything that can/should be done this early in the process?

  • Hi, Paul!

It is never too early to start to plan for a magical vacation to Walt Disney World!  At this point, start looking through resort choices, park maps, and restaurant lists.  Make some notes on special attractions or restaurants that you went to during your honeymoon so you can recreate the magic!

You may also want to start saving for your trip.  Use the money to upgrade your room or have an over-the-top signature dinner at one of the amazing restaurants on property.

No need to worry about booking anything just yet.  Room reservations can be made up to 499 days in advance, but when you are about 6 - 9 months out is when you will start to see special offers for your travel dates.

Wishing you and your Princess a very happy 25th wedding anniversary!
