Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- April '08 will be our 9th visit to WDW. During our stay, my wife of 16 years, will celebrate her 38th bday. She made every visit special & I want to do the same for her on her special day. Any suggestions for someone who loves Tinkerbell?

- Hi David! What a romantic and thoughtful husband you are!
Walt Disney World is the perfect place to celebrate special moments. Here's what I would do. The Walt Disney World Florist and Gift Basket department is amazing! I have received some absolutely breathtaking gift baskets done by them over the years. For a fee, you could have a dynamic and personalized gift basket made up for your wife and have it waiting for you in your resort's room when you arrive. It could contain a bottle of wine, Tinker Bell figurines, pixie dust, fairy wands, a tiara, some flowers, chocolates, really anything. They will work with you to make it just right! I just was at Saratoga Springs this past week and there was a lovely basket waiting for me in my room!
Then, I would plan a dinner at the famous California Grill restaurant. That is one of Walt Disney World's best restaurants and has a romantic view of Cinderella Castle from almost every table. I would arrange with Disney dining (407-939-3463) to coincide the meal with the "Wishes" fireworks and Tinker Bell's flight. The best part of this restaurant is that it has a private outdoor balcony reserved for restaurant guests. You can go outside to see the fireworks and it is on the side of Cinderella Castle with the best view of Tink when she makes her descent. Also, Disney dining can connect you to the Disney bakery. They do specialized cakes for birthdays! You could have a special Tinker Bell cake made for your wife to be delivered as your dessert!
I hope that you and your wife have a magical trip!
