  • We ordered tickets to Mickey's not so scarey halloween but have lost the tickets that were mailed to us. How or can we get them replaced?

  • Hi Kristy!

    I was so worried about this when I saw your question...I called and found out some happy news!

    You have two options:

    1.    You can wait until you arrive at the parks.  Go to any Guest Services at any of the parks to have them reissued.  You need to have a photo ID and the confirmation number of your order.

    2.    You can call (407)566-4985 which is Disney's Ticket Services.  Press Option 5 (Existing Reservations).  All you have to do is pay a $5.00 fee for them to cancel the previously issued passes and mail you the new ones.  This fee is NOT per ticket; it is per order. 

    I'm so relieved to be able to give you this answer!  Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is unbelievably fun!  I've attended quite a few times, and I'll be there this year too!
