Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- I just bought Annual Passes and I am trying to set up my online account. I want to add a pass, but I cannot figure out what the code is on the back of the pass. I want to see the discounts that are available to passholders. Can you help with this?

- Hi Kimberly! I feel your pain -- I had the same problem trying to log on the Passholder section of the Disney World website and I finally had to call Technical Support. I have Pass Type 1, and here is what worked to allow me to access the Passholder site: Find the appropriate three-letter code, then type in the numbers following it, then type the date, and in the last box type the numbers that appear after "TKT." (It's confusing because it looks like you have to type several numbers in the last box, but I only had two numbers after TKT.) Now here's the crucial part: Do not type the number(s) that appear after "TRAN."
