Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel

  • Hi, unfortunately the first proper day we had in Florida (13:12:12) my wife, then me 3 days later, came down with the flu and have been laid up in bed with fever etc, is there any way of transferring a portion of the 21 day ultimate ticket to another time?

  • Hi Christian,

I'm so sorry to hear that both you and your Wife are suffering with flu during your visit to Walt Disney World.

Strictly speaking, Disney's 21 Day Ultimate Tickets expire 21 days from the first day of use.

If you were planning to visit Walt Disney World again during the next 12 months, you could always upgrade your 21 Day Ultimate Tickets to Annual Passes.

Other than that, all I could recommend is contacting the Walt Disney Travel Company on 0800 16 90 730 to explain your circumstances and see if there is anything at all that they can do.

    Take care!
