Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel

  • When does it make sense to buy a no expiration ticket?
  • - Asked by Kelly from Massachusetts on 1/11/2008
  • Frankly Kelly, never.

I'm old school and I remember the day when you purchased a 6 day pass, it you only used 5 days, you could use that last day anytime you wanted. The company now in effect charges you for that "service." I'm all about the bottom line, but this kind of rubs me the wrong way.

That being said, I think you should research and buy the tickets that you need and ONLY that. You don't want to over buy, you don't want to under buy. If you do have days left over, you will have to pay money to use your own money. The website has a great cost comparison chart that can tell you if when its a good idea to buy an annual pass. If you go every year or more than once per year, it might be more cost effective to buy and annual pass.

I caution. Plan well. Have a pixie dusted trip!
