Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- Generally, when do the tickets come in the mail? We've rec'd our Magical Express Luggage Tags, but no "Tickets" yet? I would have figured they would all come together. Please advise! Thanks

- Hi Kelly!
Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel with your question.
If you've booked a Magic Your Way Vacation Package including Park Tickets and have requested Disney's Magical Express service, you'll be receiving two separate packages.
I also live in Ontario and I've found that I usually receive the parcel from Disney's Magical Express by courier, about 30 days prior to our vacation. Shortly afterward, the package from Walt Disney Travel Co. will usually arrive by regular mail. It's a larger, light blue envelope and will contain your vouchers for check-in (detailing the components of your package) as well as some Special Offer coupons and luggage tags for you to personalize. Your actual Park Tickets will be part of your Key to the World Card, which you'll receive when you physically arrive at your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel. This card will be your room key, park ticket, charging privileges and Disney Dining Plan, if applicable, all rolled into one. Each member in your travel party will receive a card and you'll want to make sure that you have all of them with you each day as you leave the resort for the day.
If you reach 14 days from your vacation and haven't received your second package, give a quick call in to (407) 939-7675 and a Cast Member will advise you if it's already on its way or will re-print and send you a new one. Even without the second package, check-in will be a breeze as all of your Vacation Package information is already stored in Disney's computer system at the resort.
I hope this information helps you out and puts your mind at ease.
If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to write me back Kelly! I'm here to help and would love to hear from you again!
Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World!
