  • Hi Santiago!  I am assuming you purchased packages for your entire family and not just for yourself. You will need to make sure that your family has all been invited to be linked to your account before you can select fastpasses for the group. If you have done this and checked everything over and still have an issue you will need to call the help line to see if they can work it through for you on their end. This is still in testing and the technology has hit some stumbles along the way but they will assist you so you will be able to enjoy the best vacation possible. The number to call is 407-827-2790 and have all the information ready to give them such as family member names and your reservation numbers and dates.
