Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- Hi Mom's! We're booked for 8 days in March. Can we use one of our base tickets to access Typhoon Lagoon for 1 day instead of a park? Or, does the ticket have to specifically be a water park ticket? & can my 5 yro dd do Shark Reef? Thanks!

- Lisa, over a week of flying with Peter Pan, zooming through space, and sailing with pirates is only a few months away. Wow!
Water parks do require a specific admission; theme park tickets are not accepted at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon. You may add Water Park Fun and More to your base tickets for multiple entitlements to miniature golf, water parks, DisneyQuest, and more or buy a one day ticket to a water park.
Prepare for your five year old to have some absolutely splashing good fun at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon. This place is as similar to your typical water park as Mary Poppins is to a 7th grade neighborhood babysitter.Your young pirate may brave Shark Reef if he is accompanied by an adult and is able to float across on his own or with a lifejacket.
Enjoy your fun in the sun!
