Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel

  • We are in Disney's Softball Spring Training Tournament 3/27-30. Our team is Minnehaha Academy Redhawks, Girls Varsity Fastpitch. I will be staying at Saratoga, and the team is staying at All Star Sports Resort. Is there a shuttle from Saratoga to WWS?

  • Thanks Stephani for contacting me with your tournament details. The set up at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex will make the girls feel like professionals. The fields, the facility, and broadcast technology are all top notch.

Disney's Softball Spring Training Tournament, unfortunately, does not have transportation to and from Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa. The complex has free parking and is only about ten minutes from your resort so you might consider renting a car. Both National and Alamo have rentals available at the Car Care Center near Magic Kingdom. Call (407)834-3470 to arrange a rental. A shuttle will transport you to and from your resort and the rental agency to your hotel.  Taxis are another option. Concierge Services at your resort will help you or you may call a cab directly.

A very time consuming option that is free would be to hop a bus from your hotel to a theme park or Downtown Disney, there catch a bus to Disney's All-Star Sports Resort, and then board the transportation to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.  This would take quite a while when driving or taking a taxi would be only a ten minute trip.

Please contact me if you have additional questions. Hope the Minnehaha Academy Redhawks triumph!
