Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- I am very curious about the Cabanas on Castaway Cay. I was wondering if $499 is still the going price for a Cabana and what amenities that would include. Do you still have to wait to board the boat to reserve one? Cruising on 1/29-2/5. Thanks, Kendra

- Ahoy, Kendra!
You can have a little piece of paradise all to yourself at one of the new private cabanas on Castaway Cay. The premium rental cabanas provide the privacy and luxury of a deluxe beach retreat with an option to add the personalized service of a cabana host.
The majority of the exclusive 325-square-foot beach cabanas dot the far side of Castaway Family Beach, giving more privacy along with a view of the docked Disney cruise ship from the cabana's large front patio deck. A handful of private cabanas are located on Serenity Bay Beach, exclusively for adults -- the ultimate in upscale seclusion.
Each well-appointed cabana is furnished with comfortable chairs, chaise lounge chairs, side tables and a dining table. Other convenient features include a refrigerator, lockable storage unit, outside fresh water shower and sail cloth for shade on the deck.
Amenities included with a beach cabana rental include non-alcoholic beverages, suntan lotion and fluffy towels. A variety of a la carte services and packages are offered, including special food and beverage options.
As far as the price and when you can reserve a cabana, I don't have official confirmation. Therefore, I am reluctant to post something definite only to have you or another guest discover something unexpected. Of course, more complete and up-to-date information will be provided to you once you arrive for check in at the Port Terminal. Plus, I'll be there soon and do a little investigative reporting myself!
Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
