- Hi! Going on our 1st Disney dream cruise 12/1-12/5 so excited! Would it be easier just to use dcl parking? I read somewhere that if we open our wine in our stateroom and carry it to dinner we will not have to pay the corking fee is this true? Thank u!!

- Ahoy Stephanie!
It is wonderful to hear from you again, and I love your excitement for your upcoming sailing on the spectacular Disney Dream! In no time your family will be waving bon voyage to the Florida coastline as you sail away into the sunset for an amazing Bahamian adventure!
My family has driven many times to Port Canaveral and find Disney Cruise Line's parking facilities quite convenient! We have parked off site before, and missed being able to have the porters bring our luggage directly to our car after disembarkation. We also enjoy the covered parking Disney Cruise Line provides especially with the hot Florida sun. We just budget it into our expenses when we plan for our cruise.
As for wine, if you bring your own bottle to dinner already opened, the servers will still charge you the uncorking fee. Disney Cruise Line's policy states that any alcohol brought onboard must not be consumed in the public areas or lounges with the exception of the main dining rooms if you pay the $20 per bottle corking fee. I'm sorry you received misinformation about this matter.
Thank you again for using the Moms Panel, Stephanie! If I can continue to help you plan, please let me know!
Have a magical day!
