Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel

  • My husband and I are taking our first cruise alone on the Wonder on April 23rd. We went with our adult children on the Dream in August and enjoyed a day to the Rain Forest, We were wondering if there is anything like that on the Wonder. Thanks

  • Welcome aboard, Kim! Your family is starting your Disney Cruise Line experience just as my family did! Our first sailing was on the Dream, followed by the Wonder. Both ships (all four, actually) offer similar activities, events and spaces, but each has their own unique spots and attractions too, so it's fun to sail over and over!

The Disney Wonder offers day passes (and a cruise-long pass) to the Rainforest Room in the Vista Salon and Spa. Here you'll find it to be very similar to the Rainforest Room and pass on the Dream, however it is not quite as large. There is not an outdoor verandah space with hot tubs attached to the Wonder's Rainforest Room as there is on the Dream. You will, however, still find the same quiet, serene, relaxing environment with tiled loungers, a steam room, sauna, and aromatherapy showers.

The Vista Salon and Spa holds an Open House during your first afternoon onboard the ship. This is the perfect time to take a peek into the Rainforest Room and decide if you'd like to purchase a pass. I do really enjoy spending some time in there throughout my sailings, enjoying the peace and relaxation.

Kim, please let me know if I can answer any other questions before you set sail this spring!
