Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- My son just turned 13 and my grandson is 11. Must my 13 year old go to the teen club (Aloft)? Will he be able to go to the Oceaneer's Club at all? Maybe I could ask at check in if 13 year old could go to Oceaneer's? They would like to be together...

- Hi Pat,
How wonderful that you're planning a family voyage! This has been a very common question, and I totally understand why - my children prefer to stick together, so I appreciate the flexibility that DCL offers with their youth programming.
I suggest that you register both boys for the Oceaneer Club. While some activities are recommended for certain ages, participation is based on a child's interest level and maturity—not age. As a result of this, siblings and friends can play in Disney's Oceaneer Club and Disney's Oceaneer Lab without restriction.
I hope this helps!
