Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- My family will be travelling the Magic in January 2012. I have received some conflicting information about NON-potty trained babes and swim diapers... Can my 1yr old join the rest of the family in the pools while wearing swim diapers?

- Hi, Michele!
Congratulations on your upcoming cruise aboard the Disney Magic in January!
The United States Public Health Service requires that only children who are toilet trained be permitted to enter swimming pools and spas onboard cruise ships. Young children who are not toilet trained are welcome to enjoy the fountain play area near the Mickey Pool. It's designed exclusively for the enjoyment of children wearing swim diapers.
I recently answered another guest's question about this subject and gave her a little insight into the how's and why's which may help you as well.
Make sure you pack plenty of swim diapers or have your baby's supplies ordered and delivered by Babies Travel Lite from the Gifts & Amenities Page. There are some available on board for purchase...but you'll pay a premium. Let me know if you think of other questions.
Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
