Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel

  • I noticed that you have to bring lunch if your kids are going to be at the nursery or Oceanear's club during lunch time; do you just get it from one of the buffets/ restaurants to go so they have it there for later?

  • Hi, AnnMarie!

You need to provide meals and snacks for your baby or toddler if you're leaving them in the nursery during their normal feeding times.  Therefore, if you don't bring prepackaged baby or toddler food/bottles on board, you will need to plan accordingly.  You can either have baby or toddler food delivered to your stateroom prior to your sailing by ordering in advance from Babies Travel Lite from the Planning Center.  Or, you can assemble meals or snacks from the quick-service locations if your toddler is on table food.

For kids in Disney's Oceaneer Club or Oceaneer Lab, the counselors will either serve the children meal and snacks from the quick-service locations (if it's during regular meal times), or they will bring in kid-friendly food to the youth spaces.  Make sure you note any food allergies or intolerances on your children's registration to the Oceaneer's Club/Lab.  Also, they frequently have cooking demonstrations in the youth clubs, and they taste the samples!

I hope this helps.  Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
