- Hi There,
Our family is planning our first Disney cruise on the Dream in February 2015. We are about to book and have been offered deck 6 or 10 what would you recommended? Our girls will be 10, 7, and 5.
Thanks in advance, you all Rock.

- Welcome aboard, Bryan! I'm so thrilled to hear that you're about to book your very first cruise with Disney!
I would absolutely choose Deck 6 if I had the option, Bryan, and I'll tell you why. Actually, Deck 6 is where my family has most often sailed and it's my favorite place to be, especially Deck 6 Midship. Your girls will want to spend lots of time at the Oceaneer Club and Oceaneer Lab, two of the amazing Youth Clubs onboard for kids their ages. These are both located on Deck 5, so you'll find it quick and easy to drop them off and pick them up. We love that we can walk down one flight of steps to check our kiddos into the clubs for a bit, then pop back up to the room to finish getting ourselves ready for the day or finished getting dressed for dinner.
Speaking of dinner, if you haven't already, be sure to check out the two Adult Exclusive restaurants onboard the Dream: Palo and Remy. Though the carry an additional cost, I promise they are worth every penny, as the food is absolutely amazing and the atmosphere is wonderful. My husband and I never miss an opportunity to dine at Palo, as it is truly our favorite restaurant, no matter which ship we're on. I'm sure your girls will be begging to play in the clubs, so it won't be hard for you to sneak away for some adult time one night and enjoy one of these amazing restaurants. Be sure to book as soon as your booking window for extras opens (75 days prior to sailing for first time Disney Cruise Line guests), as these reservations book up quickly and I wouldn't want you to miss this experience!
I hope that helps as you begin to plan this exciting vacation for your family, Bryan! Please stop back with any other questions you have as you continue looking into all the options available for your sailing! I'm happy to help!
