Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- Can you also answer questions about Disneyland? When is the best time to go? If I'm a passholder here, do I get discounts there also?

- Hi, Rebecca!
Yes, as a Disneyland Resort Specialist here on the Disney Parks Moms Panel, I’m thrilled to answer questions about “The Happiest Place on Earth!”
I think the best strategy when planning a visit to the Disneyland Resort is to avoid times when the parks are traditionally the busiest—in the summer (from late June until Labor Day), during the winter holidays (beginning mid-December and ending the first week of January), when schools are on spring break, and during three-day holiday weekends. The exception is if there’s a time of year that is appealing to you because of the special events, attractions and decorations it brings, like Christmastime. Some suggestions are mid-January to late February, April (excluding spring break) through the week before Memorial Day, or September (after Labor Day) through mid-October. Not only are crowds lighter, but hotel prices are often lower as well. However, do keep in mind that park hours are often shorter than during peak seasons, and there can be more attractions closed for refurbishment when the parks aren't as busy. Check out the park hours and schedule online before arriving so you can plan your days accordingly.
The only Annual Passport that entitles Guests to discounts at both Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort is the Disney Premier Passport, which grants Guests a year of admission to the Disney theme parks in Florida and California. Disney Premier Passports are available at Disneyland Resort theme park ticket booths, Guest Relations windows at Walt Disney World theme parks, and the Downtown Disney area at Walt Disney World Resort.
Please feel free to ask me any other questions you may have, Rebecca!
Wishing you magic,
