Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- Hi again! If we stay on-site at DLR, where is the closest grocery store? I would like to pick up water bottles, and snacks like Apple slices, sliced veggies, crackers, cheese etc. Also, do the resort rooms come with a fridge with a small freezer?

- Hi, Angie!
Stocking up on snacks and water is a great idea, and it’s something I do for every trip, too. I believe the nearest grocery store is Food 4 Less, which is just one mile from the Disneyland Resort on Katella Avenue. I’ve also shopped at the Vons located on Lincoln Avenue in Anaheim, which is less than three miles from the resort.
Vons offers grocery delivery service as well, which you can arrange online in advance. Visit http://grocery-delivery.vons.com/ca/anaheim.html to create an account and place your order. The grocery delivery service can leave your items with Bell Services to be stored until you’re in your room and ready to receive them. Any perishable items will be placed in refrigerated storage for you. In addition, you can also purchase select grocery items from White Water Snacks at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa if you need any last-minute essentials.
Yes, there is a small refrigerator unit in the rooms of the Disneyland Resort Hotels, but they do not have a freezer section, so keep that in mind as you make your grocery list. I hope this information helps, Angie, and that you have a wonderfully pixie-dusted Disneyland Resort vacation!
Wishing you magic,
