About Me

I love Disney, and I am a self-proclaimed Disney fanatic. Like Mickey Mouse, I consider myself to be "a friend to everyone." I enjoy meeting new people, making friends and trying new things. There is always a little bit of Pixie Dust in my daily life. Whether it’s listening to Disney Parks music while my oldest son and I commute to school and work, or drinking multiple cups of coffee from my favorite Mickey mug, Disney magic is with me each day. My office is full of Mickey Mouse and I often have co-workers stop by because they say it makes them happy. Visiting Walt Disney World Resort with my family is the perfect vacation for me. As the proud father of four, any time our family can get away together is precious to me. Helping others experience the magic of Disney is something I thoroughly enjoy. Being asked to join the Disney Parks Moms Panel is a dream come true and I look forward to helping others plan their magical Walt Disney World Resort vacations.

About My Family

About My Family: Once upon a time, I met my own "Beauty," Jen, in undergrad school at the beach. After taking Jen to Walt Disney World for her first visit and courting her for another year, I proposed on Christmas Day, following graduation. Since then, we've had two swashbuckling pirates, Robert (6) and William (2), and a playful princess, Elisabeth (1). Jen and I were also happy to welcome our fourth child into the world this summer, adding one more princess to the family! Our boys can usually be found creating their own Disney Parks and reenacting their favorite attractions from the Magic Kingdom. Our family loves visiting Walt Disney World. Elisabeth went for her first visit in May 2013 and we can't wait to take her back. Jen is a kindergarten teacher at a local elementary school and I'm the web coordinator for an independent school where our oldest son attends. As the saying goes, "it takes a village to raise a child," and we are blessed to have our parents and other family close by to help us with our growing family. When we are not visiting Walt Disney World Resort, we enjoy time at home as a family, especially during the holidays.

About My Disney Experience

About My Disney Experience: I have loved Mickey Mouse since I was a child. My parents bought me a Mickey plush during my first visit to Walt Disney World Resort and I have cherished it since. I grew up visiting Walt Disney World with my family and have many fond memories of my siblings and I running around the Magic Kingdom and Epcot. Magic Kingdom has long been my favorite park in Walt Disney World. As a child, I loved Peter Pan's Flight and The Haunted Mansion. As an adult, I am still fascinated with the magic of Fantasyland, and enjoy experiencing it with my own children today. Seeing the Disney classics and new attractions, like Under the Sea ~ Journey of The Little Mermaid, through their eyes gives me wonderful new memories. As Disney Vacation Club members, we are able to take magical family vacations every year. A visit to Walt Disney World is our favorite getaway, but planning a Disney Cruise Line vacation when our children are a little older is on our "Disney bucket list."
