I'm a "Goofy" kind of girl and don't take myself too seriously. I've called Northern Virginia home my whole life, except for my college years and some international living in Russia and Ecuador. My parents are Bolivian, so I've definitely inherited love of music, dancing, and Latin food from them! Since we're on the subject of food, I feel the need to confess that I'm a Disney snack fiend. Mickey Mouse-shaped ice cream bars, waffle sandwiches, Dole Whips, Butterfinger cupcakes...you name it, I like it. Though staying at home with my 5 children is definitely a full-time job, I do find time to indulge in a little social media, dance in my living room and go for a run to train for my next runDisney event.
About My Family
About My Family: I have been married for 11 years to my own Mr. Incredible, who regularly cracks me up. He is my favorite running partner and isn't scared to runDisney with me in costume! We are the blessed parents of 5 girls ages 9, 7, 5, 3, and 1, so our home is full of fun and giggling! We really LOVE to dance, and what we lack in talent we make up for in heart. The girls are Disney lovers (like their mama), and enjoy dressing up as their favorite characters on a daily basis. They are Princesses at heart, but they love their Pirates too! So don't make them choose between the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and The Pirates League, or they'll make you walk the plank! Our family "must-do" is the "Wishes" nighttime spectacular, because, like Jiminy Cricket, we believe the most magical things can happen with a wish!
About My Disney Experience
About My Disney Experience: My real Disney love started after I had children. After I saw the joy in my baby's face after her first meeting with Mickey Mouse — and the pride in my 5-year-old after she conquered Splash Mountain — we were hooked! I've been to Disney while pregnant so many times (easy peasy!), and I've taken all my children while babies, so the Baby Care Centers are our best friends. With a family of 7, I've learned to make my Disney dollars stretch and love the value, moderate, and deluxe resorts — all for different reasons. I use every excuse to plan another Disney vacation! 1st Half Marathon? Run it at Disney! Birthday celebration? There's no better place. Potty trained? Congratulations, you're going to Walt Disney World! So if you need help convincing your loved ones you need another Disney vacation, just ask me.
