About Me

As the only daughter in my family, I have been known to be a little bit of a princess.  My own Prince Charming proposed to me at Disney World in 1997.  We went to Disney again to celebrate college graduation, and have been back every year since.  I have always loved the magic that you feel upon entering the Walt Disney World gates.  In fact, our family has the rule that nothing bad can be said and no one can be grouchy while on Disney property!
I have a degree in sports broadcasting and was a cheerleader and dancer throughout high school and college.  Most recently, I am a homeschool mom, soccer mom, robotics team coach, children's taxi driver, runner, Cross Fit athlete wanna-be, passionate animal lover and a terrible cook.

About My Family

As fate would have it, this princess was blessed with two beautiful and rambunctious boys, ages 14 and 11. They pretty much play soccer all the time!  One of their favorite memories is of participating in the Disney Soccer Academy.  It was a great combination of two of their favorite things, soccer and Disney! While at the parks, they love to pin trade, search for Hidden Mickeys, take backstage tours,  and have also participated in the Disney Youth Education Series.  I used to be afraid that they would "outgrow" their love of going to Disney World, but truthfully, it actually grows bigger every year!  There really is something for everyone, of all ages, at the Walt Disney World Resort.  Thrill rides may have replaced the preschool rides for my family, but the magic is still very real!
My husband and I have been married since we were in college.  He works very hard and long hours for a coal company and while we are polar opposites in many ways, we both love to travel and think that Disney always does it right!   We are both runners and we love using the runDisney races as an excuse to head to Walt Disney World without our kids at least once a year!   We recently became Disney Vacation Club Members, so we look forward to even MORE trips to our happy place.

About My Disney Experience

To my friends, I am known as the "Crazy Disney Lady"!   It is so much fun for me to help others plan their vacations.  I really try to emphasize that the more you plan before you go, the more you can sit back and enjoy the magic while you are here.   We have been here so many times, yet we always find new ways to enjoy Disney and new adventures to take.  Walt Disney World is constantly changing and improving, so I really don't think I could ever tire of being here!
My family travels to Walt Disney World Resort multiple times a year, we participate in the runDisney race events, we have traveled to Alaska on the Disney Cruise Line, we have taken classes with the Disney Youth Education Series, we have participated in the Disney Soccer Academy at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, and we recently became Disney Vacation Club members.  Our love for Disney and everything it stands for is very obvious!  Disney magic is a huge part of our lives, and we have made so many wonderful Disney memories.  I am so happy to be here to help you plan your trip, so you can make your own memories with your loved ones!
